Here, at Headed Somewear, we want our customers to feel comfortable and satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so as long as it is within the first 30 days of your purchase. All items must be unworn and in their original condition & packaging. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please email us to return and include your order number.
Please note: Headed Somewear reserves the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

However, if the package is already on it's way, we cannot do anything on our end. You will have to request an adjustment by the mail carrier service used (USPS, UPS, or DHL for international).
If a package is lost/missing/not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Headed Somewear is not responsible for the package and is not under obligation to replace or refund the order.
If an incorrect address is provided or a package is refused, the carrier will not be able to deliver your order. Please contact the mailing service/carrier before it makes it all the way to our headquarters.
If the order does come back to us and the fault is not ours (wrong address, refusing package, not contacting the carrier and so on), Headed Somewear may charge the cost of re-shipping the order or we may refund + deduct the cost of shipping.
No worries! We make sure to get everyone's orders correctly but mistakes can happen! Although we record each order being packed, if you feel you received an incorrect/missing item, you must email us within7days of your marked delivery date.
Please provide a photo with your package with your label clearly showing. Your name, the weight of the package, address, packing slip, and order number must all be visible in the photo & provided. We'd be happy to help you out!
Please check your mailbox, front door, ask your family members/neighbors and administration office in your residence if you are in an apartment complex.
USPS often marks a package as being delivered earlier than actually arriving. Please allow a 3-5 days after the claimed delivery date. If you still have not received it, you may contact your local post office to see if the package was reported there.
If the package was still not found, you may file a claim for a missing package through USPS. Please click here to file.
Please provide order number & tracking when emailing us regarding a missing package. If an international shipment has been signed for but missing, please file a claim with the mailing service used to ship your order.
Orders are usually processed quickly. We will usually ship within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Shipping depends on your location, although most shipments usually occur in between 3-5 business days. Sale Events and busier times may have slight delays due to influx of orders.

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your PayPal address. When entering this information during the checkout process, it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your PayPal statement.
Georgette is a material similar to chiffon but less slippery. We like it a lot because it stays in place while still giving that effortless look.
Malai lawn is a blend fabric we carefully picked for its light feel and convenient use. It is very soft, feels like air, and wraps very effortlessly. We loved it so much we made all of our custom designs are on this new material!
We wanted to represent all women. By having a name restricted to "hijab" we felt like we were not representing many of our non-hijabi & non-Muslim customers. We also felt like we needed to revamp our business, vision, and brand. By choosing this new name, we feel like our new custom designs are better represented and portrayed. Plus, it's much cuter!
